World Alert: E.U. proposes ban on Russian coal in response to mounting evidence of atrocities in Ukraine's Bucha

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen says the European Union will introduce an import ban worth over $4 billion per year on coal as part of new sanctions against Russia.
