Environment Alert: Biden administration moves to cut smog-forming pollution from heavy trucks

The Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to curb nitrogen oxide and carbon pollution on tractor-trailers, buses and other heavy-duty vehicles amid an online shopping boom.
