Business Alert: Key U.S. provider of Internet to Russia is planning to cut service there, citing ‘unprovoked invasion of Ukraine,’ sources say

Washington, D.C.-based Cogent Communications warned Russian customers that it intended to terminate what are known as backbone services to the Internet.
